Introduction
Philips-Hue.com is the website that introduces new customers to the Philips Hue family from Signify. Through the use of this website, the experience of Philips Hue is exhibited to potential users of smart lighting. In addition, this platform is also used as Signify’s sales channel. In this way, Hue products can be sold directly to the end user.
Challenge
Signify is convinced that smart lighting adds value for everyone. It provides convenience, cost savings and a good and beautiful atmosphere. To convince potential customers, primarily the latter, Signify was looking for an online environment where the customer could try out a specific Philips Hue setup in advance. Once enthused, it is also immediately possible for the customer to purchase the relevant Hue products online.
Solution
Kabisa arranged for interactive visualizations to be displayed on the website. These visualizations allow potential customers to interactively learn about concepts such as Scenes, Philips Hue Sync and the Philips Hue accessories online. Scenes allow a Hue user to create an ambiance at the touch of a button by applying a particular color palette to the lamps. Philips Hue Sync is used in conjunction with a display: the existing Hue lighting synchronizes with all the colors seen on the display.
Result
So with the Philips-Hue.com interactive headers, Signify, together with Kabisa, is trying to convince potential customers of the power of Philips Hue. Interactive headers are a strong addition to the Philips-Hue.com e-commerce channel. The numbers have shown that visitor engagement has significantly increased since the introduction of interactive headers.
Project succeeded!
