Introduction
The Wuunder app allows users to send packages, documents, or pallets in an innovative way. What makes the app unique is that the sender and receiver can stay in contact via chat messages.
Chat Interface
The app uses a Conversational UI pattern. This is a chat interface similar to those found in apps like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. This approach makes data entry simple, fast, and intuitive. The cross mobile app was developed in the Maji Mobile Framework. Elixir was used for the backend. This backend is hosted in the Cloud (Amazon AWS). To easily scale, Amazon Elastic Beanstalk was used here in combination with Docker Containers.
