In 6 steps to a successful project
With over 17 years of experience in Agile software development, Kabisa understands better than anyone that every project is unique. The Kabisa Success Process (KSP) is our proven framework that gives your project the direction it needs. The KSP includes the following steps:
Concept Review
Every project starts with a briefing from the client. It is incredibly important that we have a clear picture of your project goals. Alongside our Innovation Lab, you’ll determine whether further research into the precise business case is necessary or if the development process is ready to start. Kabisa takes a critical and transparent approach in order to create a solid foundation for a great partnership.
Co-creation
The Innovation Lab works closely with your team to find the solution that best fits the business case. Inspiring and relaxed atmospheres during meetings often give rise to the most ingenious ideas. Several interactive workshops are used to explore architectural and technical possibilities, we’ll discover business values, explore user needs and much more. All this leads to a Blueprint, a layout of the required software solution.
Sprint ‘Zero’
Yes! There is a clear vision of the solution. The entire team is getting together to plan how we are going to make this all happen. Milestones are set, the Minimal Valuable Product becomes clear, we discuss ways to minimize risk, and the architecture is defined.

We kick off the day with a daily stand-up meeting that actively engages the customer in making important project decisions.
Our team of software professionals works from sprint to sprint to deliver functional software, which we demonstrate to all stakeholders biweekly. In this way, we create an Agile working environment to realize as much business value as possible.
Project Closure
Once a project is successfully completed and all tickets are put into production, the product is turned over to Managed Services to monitor, maintain and update. Goals, budget and collaboration are evaluated. The success of the project will be celebrated!
On the radar
Software is never finished: Our management specialists monitor your application(s) and can make changes to the software and infrastructure as needed.
In case of emergencies, the team is available 24/7 to pick up and solve problems. Kabisa is a certified AWS Partner and can securely host applications in the cloud.
